Little disappointed, I agree with the other review, it's really just the co-author's marketing tool, not a real Michael Gerber E-Myth book, not much of info on RE. Get the original E-Myth book then other better RE books. Don't waste your money on this one.

Disappointing. Reads like a book that a couple dudes piggy-backed on the E-Myth popularity to hock their generic advice and personal stories about succeeding. I read 2/3 of it and quit reading.

Good book with lots of good advice. It does not live up to the subtitle very well, not giving a lot of information as to what to do about the businesses that do not work.

Sadly a rehash of Gerber's other great works.Was hoping for new insights.Still a good read

Read the book before going to the weekend Fortune Builders seminar. Had some good concepts but lacked the real details on how to do it. Felt the book and the 3 day seminar were really to get you excited about there mastery program ($20-50k) for flipping and wholesaling real estate. Probably some better books (and websites) on how to find and rehab houses for profit.

This book is structured in a way that it keeps your attention from the first page. I immediately changed my business model after reading the first few chapters.

I was expecting so much more or at least some real information for a new investor like me. I feel like all they do on this book is just give you part of the tools and half of the information, so you can go ahead and get the full information when you buy their course. This book is just a marketing tool for them to get more students to their expensive courses. Not cool
