The book by Sato is the book as a primer for learning and practicing Ikebana. Beautifully written and illustrated it's easy to understand and relate to Japanese flower arranging as a true art form. This book will help anyone with a lifetime of meaningful learning and enjoyment through what could otherwise be an unfamiliar journey haphazardly taken by those without the insight and careful guidance offered by Mr. Sato. A real treasure.

Fabulous book, with actual photographs in a cloth covered hard bound edition. They don't make these wonderful kind of books any more, especially by such a great author. A must for anyone who appreciates Japanese Ikebana or flower arrangement in general.
