This book on How To Get Abs: How to Get Abs Fast With An Extensive 6 Week Workout Plan, requires some equipment or access to a gym if you don't want to buy the equipment. All the workout is based on body weight training, except there are some jump rope, kettle bell swings, and pull ups involved. You can use dumbbells in place of the kettle bell and a playground with a bar for pull ups, but you'll still need to find access to these things. That's not an issue for me as I already have these equipment in my home and I am not a beginner to working out. I just need help getting abs (it's probably because I don't eat very healthy).This book will teach you the importance of eating healthy and how exercise alone is not enough to gain abs or lose significant weight. Like people always say, abs are made in the kitchen. A sample meal plan is provided at the beginning as well as description of every exercise, which is very easy to follow. This book is definitely not for beginners as it contains high intensity interval training with very intense exercises such as burpees (and variations) and pull ups. What I like best about this book is that it's not all about crunches. In fact, there are no crunches! I don't like laying down to work my abs because it gets boring. All the exercises in this book are very interactive and involves a lot of movement. You will get tired, but not bored. I looked forward to seeing what results I will achieve in 6 weeks (let's hope I don't fall off the wagon on trying to eat healthier).

Great guide full of useful tips and workout ideas. It's all presented in an easy and doable format. I have no excuses now!The core excercises look very tempting, can't wait to see the first results for the summer.I also like this author's style, very honest and direct, it's like talking to a knowledgable friend over a cup of coffee:)!

The author provides a very rigorous 6-week workout regimen to increase the strength of your abs as well as how defined your abs appear. These workouts are definitely not for the faint of heart. You will feel completely drained from many of the workouts. In the end, those that make it through the 6-week regimen will come out stronger and more defined. Good luck on your journey to better fitness!

Loving this book, great work out plan. I'm on my way to getting a sick pack I feel like this book will help me speed up the process. I will update review in a few months from now.

This was a gift that says it is continuing to help with the areas needed.

I love this book! It is clearly explained for beginners!Definitely recommend this one for people that have struggled in their fitness journey regarding the whole science of getting abs
