The contents certainly live up to the title. Even for those who have traveled extensively in Colorado, they will find numerous locations that they have never seen before, even in photographs. Many of the locations are named, or can be found with a little research, but anyone looking for detailed directions or GPS coordinates will be disappointed. I prefer it that way. These images inspire me to get out and explore. This is not a guidebook.The photography is exceptional. Collier paid great attention to composition and lighting. The reproduction quality is very good, with well controlled color saturations, contrast and detail. Over half of the book contains full or two page spreads to savor.There is minimal text beyond the introduction and forward. Below each image there is a short description with very generic location information. I would have preferred a smaller, more discreet, text size that did not compete with the images.I really enjoyed the diversity of landscapes captured by Collier. He goes far beyond the typical iconic images that everyone associates with Colorado.

Condition is very good but content was disappointing
